Prefer LIC Housing Finance: Mayuresh Joshi

Mayuresh Joshi of Angel Broking told CNBC-TV18, "LIC Housing Finance is one way I look at playing the real estate sector unless a definite trend probably emerges in terms of both the sales growth, the pre-sales probably improving and probably for the entire sector leverage going down."

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 509.40 and 52-week low Rs 273 on 28 February, 2015 and 30 April, 2014, respectively.
