Look at Prestige Estates, says Gaurang Shah

Gaurang Shah of Geojit Financial Services told CNBC-TV18, "In DHFL our targets are very close to where the stock is trading right now. So, prudent on fundamentals to take money off the table if you get a little bit of more rally. If you do want to book profits at higher levels, I would say moving into real estate from the housing finance sector because most of the housing finance companies have done a rally a bit, I would advise to possibly look at Prestige Estates Projects which looks quite interesting and promising. But nevertheless, keep your eyes on the earnings of Diwan Housing Finance and possibly take a review."

At 15:17 hrs Dewan Housing Finance Corporation was quoting at Rs 520.40, up Rs 5.25, or 1.02 percent.

It has touched a 52-week high of Rs 526.20.
