LIC Housing may go upto Rs 265-270: Abhishek Karande

Abhishek Karande of SBICAP Securities is of the view that LIC Housing Finance may go upto Rs 265-270.

Abhishek Karande of SBICAP Securities told CNBC-TV18, "LIC Housing Finance had been sideways for a quite long time. So it is coming out of consolidations. So the idea behind picking of the stocks is that they are coming out of consolidation and they are headed higher. So you can look a target around Rs 265-270 levels with maybe 3-4 percent of stop loss."

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 20.53 per share. (Sep, 2013). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 10.79. The latest book value of the company is Rs 128.43 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 1.72. The dividend yield of the company was 1.63 percent.
