Hemant Thukral of Aditya Birla Money told CNBC-TV18, "LIC Housing Finance has seen open interest of 6 percent being added up. Premium to future has increased and also cash to future ratio. So, clearly it is telling long positions have been added up. We have reached a new 52 week high, so clearly it is telling that last high of Rs 465 had been breached. So, in immediate short-term one has to keep a stoploss of Rs 450-455 and I expect at least a Rs 480-485 on LIC Housing Finance in next few trading sessions."
At 11:40 hrs LIC Housing Finance was quoting at Rs 473.30, up Rs 6.35, or 1.36 percent. It has touched a 52-week high of Rs 479.70.
