Shahina Mukadam, Independent Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "I would give a hold call on Credit Analysis and Research (CARE). As a debt market deepens, the business overall should improve for Care Ratings and I do think that the overall management is also pretty strong. So, it gives you a good portfolio stock for the long-term investor. Valuations are expensive though."
