Hemant Thukral of Aditya Birla Money told CNBC-TV18, "We have selected few sectors which we feel will do good and in between we have selected stocks. First is real estate, we still feel that in real estate, the way the open interest continues to add, it will be an outperformer. We have been following this sector for a long time now.""Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL) continues to add open interest on the long side. What you saw on Friday, again an addition of 5 percent open interest on the long side and the premium increasing to cash in the futures is clearly telling that now people are again seeing the consolidation around Rs 100 and have started entering long positions. So, we are maintaining a stop loss exactly on Rs 100 to Rs 99 band. That is where I think it will find support and in the immediate short-term, we feel the stock is now heading towards Rs 112-113," he said. "The second sector we like after Friday’s data is housing finance companies. Again, they have started seeing buying coming back whether it is Dewan Housing Finance Corporation or LIC Housing Finance. Reason to pick up LIC Housing is that the open interest addition of 2.5 percent on the long side and second, the way the delivery volumes zoomed up immediately on Friday, it is clearly telling buying from both the sides is coming back. Importantly, technically it has managed to sustain above Rs 505 which was interesting. So, we have kept the stop loss at Rs 504 and in short-term we expect it to touch Rs 525.""The third stock is IndusInd Bank. The strategy we have given to clients is to buy Call in IndusInd Bank of 1,140 quoting around Rs 24-25. The stock is entering the results with 9 percent additional open interest on Friday - week-on-week, around 22 percent on the long side. So, we feel that people are expecting positive results and we are expecting it to test Rs 1,140-1,150 levels," he added.
