Buy BPCL on dips: Simi Bhaumik

Simi Bhaumik of simibhaumik.com told CNBC-TV18, "I will be playing for a relief rally in BPCL. This stock doesn’t look that good but I am expecting a relief rally in it provided it holds above Rs 830-832 range. My stop loss would be below Rs 825 and my targets for the day would be Rs 852-857.
