Ajay Bodke positive on Coal India

Ajay Bodke, Head - Investment Strategy & Advisory at Prabhudas Lilladher told CNBC-TV18, "We are positive on Coal India. There is an expectation of a special dividend to come in. Also on the valuation front, we feel that it is attractively valued in the medium-term perspective. So we would be positively inclined on Coal India."

At 10:53 hrs Coal India was quoting at Rs 282.85, down Rs 4.05, or 1.41 percent.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 372.10 and 52-week low Rs 238.35 on 10 January, 2013 and 30 August, 2013, respectively.

The latest book value of the company is Rs 32.48 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 8.71. The dividend yield of the company was 4.95 percent.
