Avoid real estate space: Amit Dalal

Avoid real estate space, says Amit Dalal, Executive Director, Tata Investment Corporation.

Dalal told CNBC-TV18, "I would continue to avoid real estate. I would continue to avoid wherever there is consumer leverage required to purchase any product. I would avoid commodities."
He further added, "I would avoid high discounted sectors, which are being the flavour of the day because they would be the one place which have been overbought and selling could come over there. I think I would continue to rest my soul in safer sectors like pharma, even IT and banking and financial services."
