Kotak told CNBC-TV18, "We recommend a sell on Sobha Developers. The company's Q1 numbers were disappointing, which we see further deteriorating going forward. The outlook for real estate sector is uncertain as well as the macro headwinds in terms of local and global uncertainties will play on the stock.
