Buy Bharti Airtel with a target of Rs 500: UBS Securities

Buy Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular at current levels for outperformance, says Suresh A Mahadevan, Head of India Research - UBS Securities.

Mahadevan told CNBC-TV18, "Bharti Airtel have a price target of Rs 500. So there is still more than 25% upside and my view on the telecom sector in India is certainly this year we would see some of the things change whether it is better regulations, more transparent policy, or visibility of consolidation. So I would still be a buyer of both Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular at these levels for outperformance.
