Prefer Larsen and Toubro (L&T) in capital goods space, says Alok Sama, Baer Capital.
Sama told CNBC-TV18, "We are finding value in capital sector stocks. The fact that rates have been rising is no longer news and those stocks have been beaten up pretty badly. So we actually do see values in the capital goods space and L&T is a stock we have built up positions."
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 64.88 per share. (Mar, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 26.93. The latest book value of the company is Rs 352.09 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 4.96. The dividend yield of the company was 0.83%.
