Lanco Infra may come down to Rs 18-20, says Vishal Jajoo, Sr Equity Research Analyst, Nirmal Bang Securities.

Jajoo told CNBC-TV18, "Lanco has ambitious plans. The present installed capacity of that power plant is 3300 megawatt and they plan it to scale it up to 15,000 megawatt. The question that arises is in such environment scenario wherein the interest rates have gone up 10 times over the last 15-16 months, the company if one analyzes the FY11 numbers the interest expense has gone up by 100% year-on-year on account of which the net profit growth is just flattish.
