Agarwal told CNBC-TV18, "One can buy Parsvnath Developers with a stop loss of Rs 71 and target of Rs 83 although as a house we are negative on realty sector as such but we find that lot of companies has been beaten down more than their fundamentals and Parsvnath Developers being one of them.
