Rajesh Agarwal, Eastern Financiers is of the view that one can continue to hold Lanco Infra with a target of Rs 15.
Agarwal told CNBC-TV18, “One should continue holding in Lanco Infra because for a one year time horizon we have a price target of Rs 15 on the stock. Considering the fact that this company has a power capacity of around more than 9000 MW out of which more than 4300 MW is operational.” He further added, “Yes, there are debt concerns but this company is trying to come out of debt by selling stake in power ventures, some of the PE funds have shown interest, even they are trying to monetize their real state and infra space. Once something happens on this front, some monetisation is done and debts are reduced I think that would be a very positive trigger for the stock. But for a one year time horizon one can continue holding this stock with a price target of Rs 15. There might be some hiccups in the short term but one should continue holding in the stock for a time horizon of one year and a target of Rs 15.”Discover the latest Business News, Sensex, and Nifty updates.
