Heidelberg and Century Textiles are looking good at current levels, says SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com.

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, “Heidelberg looks good and second stock which I will be eyeing could be Century Textiles because even they have a very strong presence of about 9-10 million tonne. But I will be little cautious on JK Lakshmi Cement because JK Lakshmi has been moving because of the results again which in my view have a very short effect for next couple of days and even for Prism Cement I won't be too excited to enter into. But Heidelberg and Century Textiles looks good.”
He further added, “DLF, we have been hearing sale of this property for over 18 months. In my view it won’t be a small amount even if they are able to conclude that anywhere between USD 400-500 million because even Rs 2000 crore can give them – but the point is whether they will be able to generate or realize that amount upfront or again the amount will be received by them in the installment or over a staggered period of time because this thing is happening with their Mumbai plot also, which they bought from NTC. So both these properties can give them anywhere between Rs 2,000-3,000 crore, but the problem is that they have been taking up this issue for the last 18 months, but nothing has really materialized.”
