Sudarshan Sukhani, s2analytics.com advice traders to sell India Cements and ACC and buy Bharti Airtel at current levels.
Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, “Cement stocks, one has to distinguish between the good ones and the ones that can be sold. Like Ambuja Cement is not a selling opportunity while ACC and India Cement are certainly sells. Ideally, you really want to sell them on rallies because short selling by itself requires a certain amount of skill. But yes, there is more money to be made on the downside because the downside targets or the downside trend has not been come to an end yet. India Cement and ACC are short sells, yes.”
He further added, “Bharti Airtel, Rs 300 is a bargain hunting level, yes, because it has come down to Rs 300 repeatedly and bounced on that. It broke that level today although it did recover. Even if let us say that the downtrend were to continue and that’s quite likely at Rs 300 a person buying Bharti has very low risk in the short-term, because the bounce can happen anytime even as we speak. So as a trading bet the current prices justify taking a position on the long side. Keep a stop loss so that if something crashes down you don’t get caught. But there is a buy here.”
