Exit Unitech: Sharmila Joshi

Sharmila Joshi, Sharmilajoshi.com is of the view that one can exit Unitech.

Joshi told CNBC-TV18, “Unitech is not a stock that I particularly like and apart from the various corporate governance issues etc, which seems to be getting sorted for Unitech. The fact remains that the kind of projects that they have on hand and that is not really taken on because they want to complete the execution on the older projects before they really move into new ones. There has been capital overrun etc so; all things said this is going to be a challenging space and not a stock that I like particularly within the space. Take advantage of the fact that markets are in a bit of an up trend and look to exit the stock.”
