PNB is a good investment bet, says Dilip Bhat, Joint MD, Prabhudas Lilladher.
Bhat told CNBC-TV18, “PNB, much awaited improvement in the asset quality, which has been the major concern for most of the public sector undertakings (PSU) and more so for PNB probably has found some kind of an answer that the asset quality has started improving. Though the operating metrics probably have been a little more muted, but by and large I think if you just compare the overall net interest margins (NIMs), if you compare the return on asset (RoAs) and the return on equity (RoEs) and the price to adjusted book.”
He further added, “The stock really looks pretty interesting from the current levels. Yes, I think I would certainly go for PNB atleast for next 8-10 months investment.”
