Rajesh Agarwal, Eastern Financiers is of the view that one should exit Future Capital Holdings.

Agarwal told CNBC-TV18, “Investor needs to sell Future Capital Holdings at this point of time because at Rs 150 I don’t think there is much of an upside left because as we all know that Warburg Pincus has taken a stake in this company and they are coming out with a 26% open offer at Rs 162 and since Pantaloon is also allowed to participate in this open offer. The ratio would be somewhere in the range of 50-55% and post the offer we believe the price to be in the range of Rs 130. So it would be better to get out of this stock at this point of time because post offer if you calculate the overall range it would be around Rs 140-145 average. So it would be better to get out from this stock.”
