Sharmila Joshi, head of equity at Peerless Securities told CNBC-TV18, “Infrastructure is not a space that one wants to be invested with a very near term kind of a view. I am not negative on Lanco Infratech at this price because a lot of the negatives are priced in. And the fact that it has gone below Rs 10 means that the road to recovery is indeed a very long one.”
“Again the sector is facing problems of its own. So that’s going to take a while in any case. If one has two-three year perspective, maybe one can look to stay invested, but it’s a good idea to switch to a stronger name within the infra space like L&T or BHEL,” Joshi said.Discover the latest Business News, Sensex, and Nifty updates.
