Puravankara, Brigade Enterp top picks: Baliga

Puravankara, Brigade Enterp and Sobha Developers are the top picks in real estate space, says Ambareesh Baliga , Market Expert.

Baliga told CNBC-TV18, “Real estate space nothing much expected for the Bangalore based ones like Purvankara, we have been recommending for a while. Brigade Enterprises is another one which I am recommending along with Sobha Developers. These are the three stocks which we are recommending from the Bangalore pack.
He further added, “Banking amendment bill should get passed. I don’t see too much of an issue getting through. But then will that mean new banking license immediately, I doubt. Going by the statements which have come from RBI in the recent past, I doubt whether that will happen immediately. So, because of which I don’t see too much of an upside for L&T Finance right now. We have already seen it moving up nearly Rs 40 in the last two- three months, don’t see too much of an upside from here.”
