SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com advises traders to buy Suzlon Energy and Sintex Industries as they both are value pick at current scenario.
Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, “The market has rewarded to those companies who have really posted good numbers and that trend is likely to be seen in Titan Industries. Having corrected to Rs 260 or so, the share seems to be under accumulation and gradually moving up which indicates that probably they are likely to post good numbers on Wednesday and extending the same theme I am taking the same call or same view on Glenmark Pharma also because pharma seems to have bottomed out. In fact two or three stocks one is Ranbaxy, second is Glenmark, in fact they have corrected so much that may be at the corrected level the renewed buying interest is coming back but again in Glenmark I am expecting better numbers to be posted by the company for Tuesday.”
He further added, “On this result theme I am recommending these two stocks. Apart from that Suzlon comes on my buying list because 19 banks are having restructured their 9000-9500 crore loan, giving them three percent reduction in the interest rate, two years moratorium for the interest and installment payment of debt and funded interest and conversion of the funded interest of the two years into equity. All these things looks very good for the company because this is the fifth largest wind turbine maker in the world having top-line of USD 5 billion and all sort of things and the company has been ramping up their business with the better margins in time to come. So, that is a stock where one can look from a short term as well as from the long term point of view.”
“The last stock which I am taking as a value buy is Sintex because on March 12 when company will be repaying their foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB) dues of about Rs 1200 crore that will be seen quite positive. This kind of trigger can make the stock to move by 10-15 percent in a single day or so. So, Sintex having corrected to the current level again looks a very interesting and vale pick. So, these are the four stocks which I am recommending for the week or for a month.”
