Baliga upbeat on Brigade Ent, Purvankara Projects

Ambareesh Baliga, Market Expert is upbeat on Brigade Enterprise, Purvankara Projects, Sobha Developers in realty space.

Baliga told CNBC-TV18, “HDIL anyway I have not been bullish at all for quite a while and now with the latest issue which the sector and the stock especially is facing, I do not think I will buy even on this bounce back. The way I see it is it will seek lower levels. Overall, I have been quite bearish on Mumbai Realty. The only realty space, which I will see is possibly Bangalore where I would recommend Brigade Enterprise, Puravankara Projects, Sobha Developers, these are the stocks which one can look at but HDIL I think will clearly seek lower levels.”
