Rajesh Agarwal, Head of Research at Eastern Financiers Limited is of the view that one can sell Aptech at around Rs 70. “The buyback which they have announced is to a maximum price of Rs 82 and that would be done through stock exchange option and not through the open offer, he adds.

Rajesh Agarwal, Head of Research, Eastern Financiers Limited told CNBC-TV18, "In Aptech one should wait for the price to move around Rs 70 and at that point of time one should sell. If one looks at the numbers, all though the numbers look very good but if one looks at the bottom-line, the bottom-line has reported around Rs 15.5 crore but that includes an exceptional gain of Rs 8 crore. The top-line has grown by around 40 percent and the balance sheet also has Rs 120 crore cash.”

He further added, “The buyback which they have announced is to a maximum price of Rs 82 and that would be done through stock exchange option and not through the open offer. So, that does not mean that the maximum price one can expect on the stock is around Rs 70-72. I would suggest sell around Rs 70."
