Geometric gains 15% consecutively since last week

Software services provider Geometric has been continued to witness buying interest since last week, rising nearly 15 percent in seven consecutive sessions since it purchased 3Cap Technologies.

Last week, its German subsidiary, Geometric Europe GmbH had acquired 100 percent stake in 3Cap Technologies GmbH (3Cap), a specialist in electronics engineering, primarily for the automotive industry, based in Oberschleißheim near Munich, Germany.
"3Cap employs over 110 people, all of whom work out of Germany. It has seven customers, which are mostly tier 1 automotive suppliers. 3Cap offers a multitude of services to its customers ranging from Embedded Systems Development Verification and Validation, and Calibration in the areas of powertrain and chassis," the company said in a release.
Today the company said they would release the latest version of its intuitive solids-based CNC programming solution, CAMWorks® 2013, at the SolidWorks World 2013, being held from January 20-23, 2013 at booth #115, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida, USA.
 
At 14:47 hours IST, the stock gained 1.51 percent to Rs 110.90 amid large volumes.
 
Trading volumes increased 34 percent to 2,74,860 equity shares as compared to its five day average of 2,05,032 shares. Also Read
