Rahul Mohindar of viratechindia.com advices traders to stay away from realty stocks like Unitech and DLF particularly from short or long-term perspective.

Mohindar told CNBC-TV18, "We have seen a bit of a correction over the last week or two on DLF, it had that 4-5 percent drop. There is going to be a traction around Rs 210-215 but given the market that we are in, I still won't put my money into a Unitech or DLF. I am not trying to suggest that they look negative but at best I see them probably going up 5-6 percent and it doesn't warrant taking fresh risks from a short-term trading angle. So I would not put my money into real estate particularly from short or long-term perspective."
