Jitender Kumar of SBI Cap Securities told CNBC-TV18, “DLF is a bit safer in real estate sector, liquidity is there and moves are also bit smoother than HDIL and Unitech. One can enter and exit DLF and the way it has taken support at Rs 220, moving higher I am still trading higher at Rs 260 buying beta again and my stop loss would be Rs 235.”
DLF touched its 52-week high Rs 289.20 and 52-week low Rs 169.55 on 12 March, 2013 and 04 June, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 13.74 percent below its 52-week high and 47.12 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 42,374.55 crore.
