Buy Rural Electrification Corporation (REC), says Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) and Power Finance Corporation (PFC) are buying opportunities. They have completed a correction. They are building small bases because this market is not giving any rewards anywhere, so the stocks are also reflecting that method."
He further added, "REC is a buying opportunity. There is a potential for position trader, a 20 percent gain from current levels is possible and that will be excellent and for day traders the targets are much more modest but even Rs 230-235 is easy if the Nifty maintains its levels here."
