Sandeep Singal of Emkay Global Financial Services told CNBC-TV18, "We are overweight on media & telecom stocks and particularly we like both Idea Cellular and Bharti Airtel. The rate war has gone away from the competitive state and mostly marginally people are increasing the per minute rate and it is improving the revenue per minute usage. We are positive on both stocks."
Idea Cellular touched its 52-week high Rs 177.00 and 52-week low Rs 75.85 on 16 August, 2013 and 04 September, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 10.71 percent below its 52-week high and 108.37 percent above its 52-week low.
