Rajesh Agarwal, Head of Research of Eastern Financiers Limited told CNBC-TV18, "Going by the kind of numbers that Bank of India has posted, the only concern being a huge textile account which can increase the NPA in the short-term but going forward these things can be taken care of.”

“The bank is trying to come out with a QIP to increase their capital. On the valuation front also it is trading a PE of less than 4, dividend yield is more than 5. One can hold on to the stock with a target of Rs 230 in the next 6 to 9 months," he added.
