Valuation of Jaiprakash Associates very attractive: UBS

Gautam Chhaochharia of UBS India feels valuation of Jaiprakash Associates is very attractive as the company has a good portfolio of ready assets.
 
Chhaochharia told CNBC-TV18, “Valuation of Jaiprakash Associates is very attractive. They have good quality assets in that entire space. In the broad infra capital goods space, this company has a good portfolio of ready assets. The key will be the pace of deleveraging if they can achieve, but beyond that the stock will be dependent on the economic cycle recovery.”
