Fortis Healthcare touched a 52-week low of Rs 141.50. At 09:30 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 142.65, up Rs 0.65, or 0.46%.

The company is eyeing acquisitions in the Australasia region during 2011, reports Business Line.
 
It was trading with volumes of 19,007 shares. On Friday the share closed down 2.17% or Rs 3.15 at Rs 142.
