Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) has rejected Bharati Shipyard's FDI proposal for defence operations, reports CNBC-TV18.


Meanwhile, FIPB sent Unitech Wireless FDI proposal to cabinet panel. It okayed NDTV proposal for up to 100% foreign equity and Dish TV's plan to up telecom equipment operations' foreign equity, reports CNBC-TV18.
The share touched an intraday high of Rs 79.85 and an intraday low of Rs 78.35. At 09:53 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 79.65, up Rs 1.60, or 2.05%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 7,679 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.20% or Rs 0.95 at Rs 78.05.
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 32.26 per share. (Sep, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 2.46. The latest book value of the company is Rs 300.39 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 0.26. The dividend yield of the company was 3.78%.
