Ajay Srivastava's view on Bharti Airtel

Ajay Srivastava, CEO of Dimensions Consulting shares his view on Bharti Airtel.

Srivastava told CNBC-TV18, "For disclosure, we have been carrying a long position on Bharti Airtel for a while. So we are kind of little bullish on that. The reason being one, is of course the EGoM, which should give up something but also the development, which took place about day before yesterday that they have closed the old cases with respect to the first initial allotment at the time when all the telecom business started."
He further added, "I think that’s a strong positive because that was a big overhang with analysts and overseas as well what’s going to happen if that case comes up purely maybe as a political vendetta then the problem starts. That case having closed the uncertainty of the basic allocation is out of the system. Now we are looking at the future and therefore there is lot more comfort in continuing to hold the position for some more time."
