Buy PFC, REC on decline: Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com is of the view that one can buy PFC and REC on decline.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, “Technically both Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) and Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) are on sound upbeat basis. We have had some news, the market has rallied and the rally was inevitably going for a correction, these stocks have corrected more that is all. On any correction or dip REC and PFC are buying opportunities. These opportunities are not for traders because my own sense is that the whole market is coming down so you cannot trade and make money but if you are an investor they are probably going to outperform the market over a three year time span.”
