One can buy IVRCL and NCC, says SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com.

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "This is a very positive move by IVRCL, because they have already confirmed that three road projects have been sold of which 100 kilometer is operational and 54 kilometer is under construction, which will be operational in next financial year. That means there is appetite and I think that Rs 2,200 crore for three road projects of 155 kilometer is quite good and that is really seen quite positive, though the company has a larger debt."
He further added, "Coming on their next move which they have said that the three of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects, which include road and the water projects are also due to get monetized in the next six months out of their nine BOT projects. It seems earlier I had an impression that there will not be any buyers for the road projects because the kind of realizations which we have seen in case of the other companies, but it is not so. Still they are having nine BOT projects of which three will be put on the block in next six months or so including the road and water both."
"So definitely it seems to be a good move and that gives positive inclination to me for IVRCL and Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC) both. Even in case of NCC they are sitting on the BOT projects of the road as well as of the real estate. So both have good similarity and keeping that view because the kind of correction, which we have seen in the stock price of both the stocks, the buying can be considered even now in spite of some good run up which we have seen yesterday in both the stocks."
