UBS Securities positive on IT services

Suresh A Mahadevan, Head of India Research - UBS Securities is positive on IT services.

Mahadevan told CNBC-TV18, "Currently we have become a little bit more positive on IT services, essentially Infosys. We are beginning to become a little bit more positive on some of the auto names particularly Hero Honda where valuations have reached compelling levels."
He further added, "Becoming again more positive on some of the largecap infrastructure names Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) where valuations have become very compelling, like 13 times, one year forward earnings with a 20-21% kind of EPS CAGR. So these are some names where we have become more positive currently."
