Hold NTPC, NMDC: Doshi

Kirti Doshi, Promoter, Antique Stock Broking advises to hold NTPC and NMDC from two-three years perspective.
 
Doshi told CNBC-TV18, “If you see what has happened at the time of this divestment government has spelled out in the second week of March or somewhere in between that whichever this large company is sitting on huge cash either they will give large dividend or they may be asked to do capex. Neither of these things have really materialized so there is a disappointment in front of both and that is why the stocks like NTPC and NMDC are continuously sliding.”
 
He further added, “The offering was so large so there are some momentum players who have invested into these companies. And because things are not happening they have offloading. But these are the companies which have great value so I don't know about within next 15 days what can happen to this but those who have capability and have a view to hold these companies for two-three years I am sure they will create huge assets.”
