Sudarshan Sukhani, s2analytics.com view on banking and UB Group stocks.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV, “There are trading opportunities but not in the big banks but in the entire PSU space, PSU banks. There are still sort selling candidates Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Vijaya Bank, Syndicate Bank. I am naming the ones I am tracking. Actually the entire sector is a short sell. It is now affecting the bank index and the bank index in turn is affecting the Nifty. So it is the PSU banks which have to turn around for the Nifty to begin any kind of big up move. He further added, “UB Group continues to surprise me which means United Spirits does and I have been little downbeat on it but the market has its own wisdom. So since I don’t understand what is going on, I stay away from it. But I am sure that Kingfisher Airlines is not a buying opportunity. This 18% rally has to be looked at in terms of rupees, it is Re 1 after a Rs 100 decline a stock can go up Re 1, that’s not bullish.”
