Avoid Sonata Software, Mastek: Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani, s2analytics.com advice traders to avoid Sonata Software and Mastek.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, “We were actually a little downbeat on Shriram Transport. I felt that it has not been able to catch up and today, yes it’s done a little better. If this performance remains consistent next week we will certainly have a look at it. Otherwise it’s a good stock. But one day’s price action is not enough.”
He further added, “Midcap IT is very attractive for buying. Even within this sector we classify stocks that we would be interested in and ones we would completely avoid irrespective of the charts. So Sonata Software unfortunately comes in the avoid category as does Mastek. But Polaris has an excellent chart. It’s just beginning an up move and we could be really catching onto the initial stages itself. Geometric which has rallied a lot has a lot more to go, so has Hexaware.”
