How to write a will?

Generally people do not write the 'Will' or plan to write the will after attaining the age of 50/60 years. It is paramount that every individual who has attained the majority and is mentally sound in the eyes of the law and owns assets/insurance policies must write his/her WILL. Why? By writing a Will you can save your successors from the legal hardship and disruptions in the family, post your demise, as through a WILL you will have the liberty to distribute the assets amongst the beneficiary according to your wish and the ratio you determine. You also help the beneficiary for availing the tax benefits available under the Income Tax Act/ Wealth Tax Act.
It must be noted that in spite of drafting your WILL, today, you will continue to have complete control and rights over your assets in your lifetime. Your
