Shakti Pumps (India) Limited's board has approved a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, following their 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, September 25, 2025. The board also appointed M. Maheshwari & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the company.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders after the AGM. The board approved the re-appointment of Sunil Patidar as a Whole Time Director for five years and ratified the remuneration of cost auditors for the financial year 2025-26.

The meeting, conducted via video conferencing, included the participation of members, directors, and auditors. CS Ravi Patidar, Company Secretary, welcomed attendees and confirmed the quorum.
The board addressed shareholder queries regarding company performance. Members who had not voted through remote e-voting were given an opportunity to do so within 15 minutes after the AGM.
E-voting results will be declared within two working days and will be available on the stock exchanges, the company's website, and the website of Central Depository Services (India) Limited.
The Company Secretary thanked all stakeholders for their participation. The meeting concluded at 12:06 P.M.
