Shares of Indraprastha Gas surged over 4 percent in Monday's trading session after the company reported a 22.2 percent rise in its net profit during the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
IGL shares surged 4.6 percent to an intraday high of Rs 186.4 per share on the NSE. Later, it pared some of the gains to settle at Rs 185.05 apiece, up 3.84 percent.
KPIT Technologies shares settled at Rs 1,228.8 per share, up 0.64 percent. The company recorded a 31 percent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) jump in its consolidated net profit for the March 2025 quarter. During the quarter under review, profit came at Rs 244.7 crore as against Rs 187 crore in the previous quarter.
Revenue from operations climbed 3.3 percent to Rs 1,528.3 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 1,478 crore QoQ. EBIT was up 4.4 percent at Rs 265 crore against Rs 254 crore on-quarter, while margin was reported at 17.3 percent against 17.2 percent QoQ.
Tata Tech shares settled at Rs 703.85 per share on the NSE, up 1.54 percent. The company on Friday reported a 20.12 percent rise in consolidated profit after tax at Rs 188.87 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2025 on the back of higher income and lesser expenses. The company had posted a consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 157.24 crore in the same quarter of the year-ago fiscal, Tata Technologies said in a regulatory filing.
