FIIs were net buyers for 10 consecutive days in July

It looks like foreign institutional investors (FIIs) are extremely bullish on Indian equities. In the last 10 trading days to July 21 FIIs have been net buyers.

Moneycontrol BureauIt looks like foreign institutional investors (FIIs) are extremely bullish on Indian equities. In the last 10 trading days to July 21 FIIs have been net buyers.In the month of July, FIIs have remained net buyers 12 times out of 14 trading sessions with the highest buying of Rs 1409.25 crore happening on July 15.Even in FY17, for all the four months from April to July, FIIs remained net buyers. In July alone, so far, investors bought over Rs 6,000 crore of Indian equities, where in the whole of June they bought slightly over Rs 5,000 crore.FIIs have bought Rs 17,570.74 in FY17 so far. In the same period, the Sensex has given returns of 9.66 percent.
