Indiabulls Sec raises RIL's target price post BP deal

Varatharajan Sivasankaran, VP-Research, Indiabulls Securities has revised his target price for RIL up to Rs 1,225 from Rs 1,145 earlier. “If somebody playing it for a longer period of time, you should be looking at a target of Rs 1,300,” he adds.

Reliance Industries has approved a strategic partnership with BP. This partnership involves formation of a 50:50 joint venture for sourcing and marketing of gas in India and BP taking a 30% stake in 23 oil and gas production sharing contracts that Reliance operates in India.
