Will achieve record production of 38 lakh tonne: NFL

NFL is engaged in the production and marketing of urea. "Q1 of urea company is always difficult, we take turnaround of all five plants", Manoj Mishra, CMD of NFL told CNBC-TV18 in an interview.

NFL is also into neem coated urea products.

The company is on course to achieve previous year's record production of 38 lakh tonne and Mishra expects to better that number this year.

"This year for the first time we are going for a large scale import of di-ammonium phosphate (DAP)", he said.
