To focus on residential projects; debt at manageable levels: Arvind SmartSpaces

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Kamal Singhal, MD & CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.

"We are predominantly a residential player in the real estate space and we want to continue focusing on this space in the medium-term. We also have a small portfolio of industrial development," said Singhal.

On the debt front, he said that in absolute sense debt is around Rs 94 crore and it is manageable at this point in time.
