Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL) posted a weak set of earnings in Q4 with a big fall in the revenue figure.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Hariprakash Pandey, VP-Finance at HDIL spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.
We have focused a lot on debt reduction in last two years, he said.
He further said that things are stabilising currently and Q4 performed better than Q3.
HDIL has started new vertical called 'Budget Homes' this quarter, said Pandey.
We would be selling some floor space index (FSI) sales to reduce debt, he added.
