Manappuram Finance's microfinance institution (MFI) business reported a loss in Q4 of FY17. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Kapil Krishan, CFO of Manappuram Finance spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.
Auctioning of overdue accounts led to sequential decline in gold loan book, said Krishan.
"We are focusing on the collections effort. We have not changed our accounting policy," he said.
Taking more efforts to grow home loan business, added Krishan.
